Preparation of WineHand harvested, fully ripened Merlot grapes were transported to the cellar for processing. Two days of cold maceration was followed by wild fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine was aged in 4500L oak vats & small oak barrels/casks for 24 months.
