Deliciously rich and concentrated. This wine has aromatic layers of black cherry, coconut, chocolate, clove and cinnamon. The long finish of cherry and plum with light oak toffee notes from oak aging makes for a complex drinking experience. A wine with great ageing potential.

Preparation of Wine:

 

Spontaneous fermentation in French oak casks. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in new 300 L oak barrels for 24 months.

Pasta, rich flavoured red meats and game stew.
