Preparation of WineSauvignon Blanc grapes were handpicked early in the morning & promptly transported & processed at the cellar to safeguard the grapes’ valuable Sauvignon Blanc flavours. Overnight settling of the juice and racking to stainless steel tanks was followed by an unhurried and cold fermentation in order to preserved the unique Sauvignon Blanc characteristics. Extended lees contact after fermentation added rich texture to the wine.
