IN the Cellar
The berries ripened in different stages during the time of harvest. The cultivars fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. After gentle-pressing and malolactic fermentation the blend was matured for 16 months in 225l barrels. 60% 2nd fill French oak and 40% 3rd fill.
